Outdoor Friday Film Series to Begin at Topanga Mall

The series begins July 12 with 'Ice Age.'

Woodland Hills residents now have two opportunities to watch movies outdoors this summer. In addition to the Valley Cultural Center's Movies on the Green, Summertime Cinema at the Westfield Topanga mall begins this weekend.

Films will be screened on the rooftop of the Owensmouth garage at the mall. There will be Astroturf on the ground and picnic tables and chairs, but guests are welcome to bring thier own beach chairs and blankets.

As well, dinner and snacks will be available from Subway, Robeks and other food and treat vendors.

Admission is free and parking is available in the lower levels of the parking structure.

Movies begin at sundown (at about 8 p.m.) Fridays.
