The Topanga Community Police Station, which serves Woodland Hills and the surrounding areas, and the Topanga Boosters are hosting a golf tournament Monday in honor of the Wounded Warrior Project.
Now in its second year, the event will take place at the Porter Valley Country Club, with check-in beginning at 9 a.m. and a startgun start at 11 a.m. Golfing will be followed by an awards dinner at 5 p.m.
Special guest Tim Conway Jr. of KFI radio will be present, as will George Noory of radio's Coast to Coast.
Entrance fee for the tournament is $130 per person and, along with the 18 holes of golf, includes breakfast, course refreshments, lunch and dinner, a participation gift, entries for a drawing contest and an awards presentation for first and second place gross and net tems.
On Monday, mulligan packages—which include a putting contest, longest drive and closest to the pin contests—and extra drawing tickets will be available for purchase.
