Neighborhood Council Elections Today

Dear neighbors, if you want to save Walnut Acres the jewel of The West Valley please vote for Kelly Del Valle (Community Based Organization Representative of Area 4) in tomorrows Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council Elections. Kelly was born and raised in the West Valley. She has made her life here and raised her own family here. Kelly’s honest and practical approach sets her apart from the other candidate she has shown great concern for the residents of Walnut Acres and her willingness to listen to people’s problem is commendable. Neighborhood council members are suppose to be the voice and ears of the neighborhoods they represent and not the voice of developers and their representatives-lobbyists. As such participation by residents who live in area 4 will go a long way in what is expected to be a very low election turnout. The outcome of this election and the success of our neighborhood’s efforts in electing Kelly will have lasting effects on our neighborhood and community as a whole, for years to come. We need to take back control of our neighborhoods and get it out of the wrong hands, please go out and vote tomorrow.
