Police Search for Missing Canoga Park Man

Richard Young has been missing since March 4.

The Los Angeles Police Department is asking the public's help in finding an 87-year-old man who was last seen at his Canoga Park residence March 4.

Richard Dennis Young is a white male standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 115 pounds. He has a full gray beard and wears glasses, according to an LAPD alert.

He was last seen at his home on the 22000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, near the intersection of Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

The police department also noted Young's family reports he is starting to show early signs of dementia.

The LAPD asks anyone with information on Young's whereabouts to call Detective Saiza of the department's missing persons unit at 213-996-1800.
