Topanga Station to Host West Hills Neighborhood Watch Meeting

Learn about recent crime issues and more.

The Los Angeles Police Department's Topanga Station will host a Neighborhood Watch meeting for the West Hills area Monday.

Discussion will center around recent crime trends in the community as well as issues that have recently been in the news.

LAPD's Neighborhood Watch program helps educate the community regarding crime and in ways to help prevent it. The program calls upon citizens to assist the police in organizing the community toward the goal of building safer, crime-free neighborhoods.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the station at 21501 Schoenborn St., Canoga Park.

The station's Woodland Hills meeting is set for Nov. 21.
