The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center's conference rooms A and B.

In addition to hearing announcements from the Los Angeles Police Department and Councilman Dennis Zine's office, the council will consider two Planning and Land Use Management Committee recommendations.

The first will be a project permit compliance application for a project to convert an existing convenience market, drive-through carwash and lube shop to a gas/service station and coffee shop at 20905 Ventura Blvd.
