Neighborhood Council to Discuss Election Procedures, Bus Stop Benches

The council's meeting will take place at Prince of Peace Church at 6:30 p.m.

The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council will discuss recommendations for bus stop benches, the purhcase of a new banner and the adjustment of a property line when it meets Wednesday night for its regularly scheduled 6:30 p.m. meeting, according to the posted agenda.

At special meeting to follow at 8:30 p.m., the council will also take into consideration neighborhood council election procedures.

Specifically, the council will discuss whether to allow its Planning, Land Use and Mobility, or P.L.U.M., Committee to make decisions regarding type and color of replacement benches at bus stops in Woodland Hills and Warner Center and submit those decisions directly to the City of Los Angeeles Bureau of Street Services and the Offices of Council District Three by the end of the month.

Also, the council will discuss whether to support a lot line adjustment between properties at 19976 Calvert St. and 6034 Penfield Ave.

Finally, the council's Outreach Committee will recommend the council purchase a new banner, flag and displays for booths and functions.

The Wednesday night meeting will take place at the family center at , 5700 Rudnick Ave., Woodland Hills.
