Woodland Hills Temps to Reach Sub-Freezing Nighttime Lows

Temperatures could go as low as 30 degrees Thursday night and 25 degrees on Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for Woodland Hills and other parts of the Southland in anticipation of sub-freezing temperatures overnight.

NSW's four-day forecast calls for sub-freezing night lows through Monday, with the coldest nights, Friday and Saturday, dropping to 25 degrees. Thursday night will get as cold as 30 degrees and Sunday and Monday will be around 28 and 31 degrees, respectively. There will also be areas of frost through the weekend.

The Weather Service reminds residents to take precautions with plants and animals.
